As a clinical social worker, I am an activist at heart and I seek to help you understand your current challenges within the context of our broader culture. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ folks, as I am a member of the community myself. I know intimately what it's like to question or assess one's safety in the simple act of expressing love. I make it a point to create a therapeutic space that can fully accommodate all of who you are. No topic is taboo or off limits! I hope that helps you get to know a bit about me. Service Types and Fees

I recognize the unearned privilege of being a white-bodied and cisgender person in the U.S. Therefore, having an anti-oppressive rate structure is important to me. I created my sliding scale with resources provided by Kenya Crawford, LMHC.

When using in-network insurance benefits, your rate is determined by your insurance and not negotiable. This is typically the office visit co-pay listed on your insurance card. I am in-network with the following insurances:

Please note there are risks and benefits to using insurance to cover your mental health services. Here is a great article exploring those factors in more detail.

Individual Therapy

50 minute session:  $150

Couples Therapy

50 minute session | $200 -- Insurance not accepted for couples therapy sessions

Group Therapy

75 minute group session | $50 per member

Neurodivergent Diagnostic Assessments

Formal assessment of neurodivergence can be difficult to access. I fully support self-diagnosis and recognize that people often still desire to have a mental health clinician confirm what they already suspect.  

I provide a variety of assessment options to meet your unique needs and desired use of the diagnosis. It's important to note that different institutions (e.g., school, health care, workplace) may have varying requirements for providing accommodations, if you're interested in that. Thus, I recommend you explore what is required if you are seeking accommodations with a specific program or entity. I am happy to help you decide which option here is best for you!

Consultation:  $250

• 1 hour meeting

• Answer specific questions 

• Includes general list of resources and referrals

Sensory Profile:  $400

• Self-administered Questionnaire

• 1 hour Results & Feedback session

• Uses:  Create sensory-safe spaces for yourself and help you advocate for your unique sensory needs 

• Includes 1 page report and resource/referral list

 Informal Assessment:  $700

• 1 hour interview

• 1 hour feedback session

• Uses: Self-diagnosis confirmation and increased understanding via psychoeducation

• Includes 1 page letter and personalized list of resources/referrals

• Does not include screening tools

Formal Assessment:  $1200

• 2 hour clinical interview

• 1 hour feedback session

• Sensory Profile Assessment

• Review of Self Assessments (RAADS-R, AQ, Monotropism, Brown Scale, ASRS-1)

• Uses: Personal confirmation, medical & educational  accommodations (with limitations - dependent on entity/university)

• Includes full report with test results and personalized list of resources/referrals
